Friday, June 21st - I had another awesome experience thanks to L.Michelle. She gave me another opportunity to come in and help kids at the IMAX Theatre summer camp experience virtual reality. Their summer camp is based on technology, and they had their own VR goggles but required their own phones. L.Michelle brought in the real deal with actual VR goggles which the kids got to experience many different environments from swimming with sharks, to being in New York. I then was able to work with groups of kids with the 360 degree camera. We went around the theatre and posed for a couple of pictures. One cool spot inside the theatre that was very fun taking pictures in was the space pod simulator, which looked like a real space pod. The kids and I really enjoyed that experience.
