Learners To Leaders
The LMichelleMedia Institute began in 2013 as a way to offer Relevant and Forward thinking New Media Trainings, Workshops, Experiences for everyday people, small business owners and Faith-based leaders across the Tallahassee, FL area. In Fall 2017, the Institute expanded to serve a more global audience through its strategic partnerships with various Educational organizations. Fast forward to Spring 2020, in response to the blatant racial injustice in the United States and Black Lives Matters, LMMI officially launched its Learners To Leaders program with a particular focus of training/equipping Creatives of Color for the future.

At LMMI, we are a Christian based Institute, that believes your Character should align with your skills. We teach the principles of Work as Worship and the benefits of having a work-life balance. Positivity, Productivity and Purpose.
Creativity

We will definitely help you works towards that goal. Participants in our Learners To Leaders Experienceship program are required to produce deliverables on a weekly basis. Our Experienceships typically range from 3, 6 to 12 months. You will be assigned to work hands on with one project.
This is beneficial for those needing internship credit, portfolio work or volunteer hours.

At LMMI, our goal is to create unique shadowing opportunities for you in your field of expertise to make you better as a person, at your craft and for your community. At the end of the day, we believe you have a gift that will not only benefit you, but the community around you. Our goal is to help you realize that and act on it.

Apprenticeships
We offer 3, 6 and 12-Month Experienceships/Apprenticeships across several learning tracks for students to gain practical experience. Current tracks include Business, Production, and Ministry.
